Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned customers, including requirements discovery, solution configuration, and customer training
• Manage project timelines and tasks using Cloud Coach, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for cross-selling solutions

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience in implementation consulting within the banking or financial services industry
• Deep familiarity with banking lending workflows and regulatory frameworks, including HMDA and CRA
• Experience with loan origination systems such as nCino, Encompass, Sageworks, or Baker Hill
• PMP certification and American Bankers Association certificates are strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from discovery through go-live
