Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches
• Empower customers to complete implementation successfully by tracking optimal timelines
• Provide support and mentorship by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience working with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects
• Experience communicating with a variety of customer personas at leadership levels
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus
