Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant (Hybrid - Philadelphia).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and conversion of various retirement plan types while ensuring adherence to operational processes
• Manage client relationships and facilitate communication among clients, advisors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Analyze project deliverables, conduct training, and address data conversion issues to maintain high client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in client relationship management or retirement plan implementation
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience in an implementation or operations team
• Active pursuit or possession of retirement industry designations (RPF, QPA, QKA) is encouraged
• Expertise in retirement plans, including experience with white label services and customized plan implementations
