Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Edifecs' solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage the installation and configuration of applications on AWS and Azure, develop integrations, and provide client training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Edifecs applications for payer systems and manage integrations with on-premise systems
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical configurations, workflows, and mapping documents
• Provide post-implementation support and develop training documentation tailored to client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical healthcare system implementation, preferably with a payer or health plan
• 3+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and analysis
• Deep understanding of X12 standards, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability patterns
• Experience implementing solutions on AWS and Azure using CI/CD pipelines
