Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Autonomously leading large-scale, strategic Enterprise customer implementations of the Revenue.io platform into Salesforce-centric environments, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Consultant will manage multiple projects, develop custom solutions, and drive client success through effective communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5-7 highly strategic enterprise implementations simultaneously, developing custom project plans and driving customer communications
• Provide consultative insights and design solution-based implementation plans that address customer business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute implementations, communicate customer feature requests, and identify upsell opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation management or related roles within large, complex enterprises
• Extremely strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills; Salesforce Admin Certification is highly desired
• Demonstrable experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience designing and leading training/enablement activities
• Strong background in change management approaches and methodologies is a significant plus
