Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading client implementations for Sales & Use Tax Compliance, Certificate Manager, and VAT Compliance solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage end-to-end project life cycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs
• Implement and configure tax compliance solutions, including testing and deployment
• Provide training and documentation to client teams while managing project issues and risks

Required qualifications

• Experience in client-facing software implementation or technology consulting
• Knowledge of indirect tax processes, including Sales & Use Tax and VAT compliance
• Experience with ONESOURCE or similar tax technology platforms preferred
• University/undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Ability to travel 10% to client sites and internal meetings/events
