Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Empowering mid-market and enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will lead successful implementations of the Greenhouse platform, ensuring timely project completion and overcoming challenges while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve time to first value
• Manage implementation tasks including system design, product training, and organizational rollout strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions for customers post-implementation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Proven background in delivering complex software implementations or technical projects
• Experience in customer-facing roles with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with various customer personas at leadership levels
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus
