Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise deployments, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will design and document implementation methodologies while managing client expectations and ensuring seamless transitions to Customer Success in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies and standard operating procedures based on front-line experiences
• Own end-to-end management of complex deployments, including User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful transitions
• Translate client needs into actionable technical specifications and redesign workflows to leverage automation and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deployments for large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees)
• Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane or Certinia
• Exceptional consultative authority with the ability to engage executive stakeholders
• Technical aptitude to read API documentation and troubleshoot integrations independently
