Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic implementation partner, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will lead complex client programs, drive implementation strategies, and engage executive stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary strategic advisor to client leadership teams and key external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Lead implementation readiness assessments and facilitate strategic planning sessions for transformational projects
• Drive decision-making among senior stakeholders and oversee escalation handling for significant project issues

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience
• 5+ years leading transformational programs or highly complex implementations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare and/or the employee benefits ecosystem
• Proven track record working with senior stakeholders and the ability to lead complex client engagements autonomously
