Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Providing software implementation and workflow consulting services remotely, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will lead implementation workstreams for Veradigm clients across FollowMyHealth, Veradigm EHR, and Veradigm Practice Management, ensuring successful multi-solution go-lives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently perform project workplan tasks and system configuration for FMH, VEHR, and VPM implementations
• Provide workflow consultation and support during go-live and activation phases, including hypercare coverage
• Facilitate discovery conversations to define client needs and manage client expectations throughout the project life cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience, with prior hands-on implementation experience in FMH, VEHR, or VPM preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Veradigm solutions and healthcare industry implementation methodologies
• Developing knowledge of cross-product interdependencies between FMH, VEHR, and VPM
