Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end software implementation projects, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will collaborate with clients to customize solutions, provide training, and ensure successful project delivery in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software implementation projects, maintaining clear communication with clients and delivering within established KPIs, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct business-requirements sessions to analyze client processes and translate needs into actionable specifications for software solutions
• Customize and configure software systems based on client requirements, providing ongoing training and support to ensure effective use of the implemented solution

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in project management and software implementation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of software development practices and AI-driven solutions
• Experience creating process flows and requirements documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
