Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Implementation Consultant, working remotely, the successful candidate will manage customer onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless transition to the Fieldguide platform while maximizing return on investment through proactive engagement and tailored growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement with customers throughout their implementation process, from sales handoff to value realization
• Create and adapt onboarding plans that align with customer goals, tracking progress and facilitating necessary adjustments
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing and internal controls documentation
• OR 4+ years in technology consulting or customer onboarding at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects
• Demonstrated executive presence with effective communication skills across customer and internal teams
• Strong ownership mentality, capable of driving projects to completion with minimal oversight
