Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support the successful onboarding of new clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage data conversion, system configuration, and client training for equity and stock plan systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to work planning and timelines for new client implementation
• Perform data conversion and quality review for stock plan-specific data
• Train new clients on stock plan system functionality and develop training materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems strongly preferred
• Strong skills in data analysis, conversion, and validation
• Knowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation concepts
• Proficiency with database configuration and system setup
