Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Overseeing the seamless implementation and conversion of various retirement plan types, the fully remote Senior Implementation Consultant will manage complex projects, serve as a key liaison among clients and internal teams, and ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration and implementation process for clients across multiple retirement product lines
• Conduct status meetings with plan sponsors and actively communicate with clients, advisors, and TPAs to ensure clear expectations
• Analyze deliverables and timetables to develop detailed project plans while ensuring accuracy in regulatory notices and enrollment materials

Required qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of retirement plan regulations and administration
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to facilitate training on recordkeeping systems to various stakeholders
• Experience in data conversion processes with a strong emphasis on quality checks
• Willingness to travel less than 25% of the time
