Job Summary

Managing client implementation projects, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will provide design consultation, lead discovery sessions, and prepare program documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in translating customer requirements into technology configurations and supportable solutions
• Lead client discovery sessions and document future state business processes and technology configuration requirements
• Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and milestones while developing communication plans for client programs

Required qualifications

• Experience in large-scale program or project implementation
• Proficiency in change management methodologies applicable to diverse projects and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and manage ambiguity
