Job Summary

Leading client-facing workforce solution implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage the entire client launch experience, from post-sale handoff through go-live, while developing scalable processes and documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation approach for assigned client solutions, establishing clear processes and launch readiness criteria
• Lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live, managing project scope, timelines, and client expectations
• Oversee data migration and technical coordination, ensuring smooth transitions from prior HR systems and validating setup against requirements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or client onboarding in a client-facing environment
• 3+ years of experience leading complex client implementations or cross-functional launch programs
• Proven experience managing multiple client launches simultaneously
• Strong understanding of data migration and system transitions
• Experience building implementation playbooks, project plans, and training materials
