Senior Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Leading technical integration projects for DORN, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for laboratory, radiology, and EHR partners, ensuring successful onboarding and testing of new integrations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of new and transition integration projects, from kickoff to production certification
- Lead technical design discussions with partners to translate requirements into working DORN integrations using API and HL7 standards
- Support EHR partners in onboarding and testing new labs and radiology centers, including executing test plans and coordinating with partners on connectivity requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, integration, or technical project management, particularly with labs, radiology, or EHR systems
- Hands-on experience with HL7 messaging and API-based integrations
- Working knowledge of laboratory or radiology order/results workflows, including test compendiums
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects with competing timelines
- Experience leading meetings with external partners and technical and non-technical audiences
