Senior Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Focusing on the onboarding of Practice Fusion Billing Software clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Consultant will provide training, gather documentation, and support clients post-implementation in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Train clients on the use of Billing Software, including configuration and workflows
- Gather necessary documentation for the Payer Enrollment team and assist clients with billing setup in Practice Fusion EHR
- Provide post-go-live support for claims-related inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software
- Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle, including patient registration and claims management
