Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Implementation Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants to enhance performance and execution of strategies
• Leverage reporting tools to monitor customer success and team performance, generating insights for improvement
• Engage with at-risk customers and handle escalation management to proactively mitigate issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a B2B SaaS or financial services implementation role
• 7+ years of global implementation experience in the SaaS space, preferably in financial, banking, or property management solutions
• Experience in project management and product configuration in software implementation services
• Proven record of developing team members and inspiring high-quality performance
• Experience in using AI tools to enhance management workflows
