Senior Implementation Coordinator
Job Summary
Leading the implementation of Availity's Essentials Pro products for large growth and strategic healthcare clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Coordinator will focus on payer enrollment, product training, and change management in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high-impact implementations by developing tailored plans and facilitating stakeholder meetings
- Serve as a subject matter expert in enrollment and training, ensuring successful adoption of products
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying risks and supporting go-live preparations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of implementation experience within a healthcare organization
- At least 3 years of specialized experience with payer enrollments or training in large healthcare organizations
- 2 years of experience supporting healthcare software or 1 year working for a clearinghouse
- Experience with prior authorization, physician practice management, or hospital billing
- Familiarity with practice management systems, electronic medical records, or radiology information software systems
