Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or program leadership
• Experience overseeing multimarket or regional delivery programs
• Proven experience with technology implementations, including workflow and GenAI
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing senior-level client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of Implementation Managers/Directors
