Senior Implementation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Director to oversee large-scale, multi-market implementations and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of global implementation standards and best practices across the region
• Collaborate with New Business and Client Services to shape implementation strategies and manage the regional pipeline
• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Directors and Managers while ensuring successful delivery of all implementations

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or large-scale program leadership
• Experience overseeing multimarket or regional delivery programs
• Proven experience with technology implementations, including workflow and GenAI
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing senior-level client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing Implementation Managers/Directors
