Senior Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to manage the technical implementation process of products and analytics for various customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for integrator escalations during deployments
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and effective deployments while maintaining quality
• Monitor and document vendor performance according to management expectations

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing network systems (software and hardware)
• Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking and UNIX commands
• Ability to read site surveys, photographs, and floor plans for optimal hardware placement
• Moderate understanding of deployment-related processes
• Ability to work independently without supervision
