Senior Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Driving customer success in a full-time role, the Senior Implementation Engineer will lead implementation efforts, manage customer relationships, and provide technical expertise while working remotely from San Francisco or the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team performance against KPIs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their partnership
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria during onboarding
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships through regular check-ins and support, while troubleshooting and managing integration issues

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in software implementation/project execution, with at least 2 years managing people
• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate
• Familiarity with healthcare terms such as HIPAA, FHIR, and EHR/EMR is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and problem-solving attitude
