Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Implementation Delivery Lead to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing client implementations, serving as a technical expert, and ensuring high client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementation meetings, managing expectations and providing consulting on best practices
• Oversee multiple implementation workstreams, including system configuration, testing, and data migration
• Coach and mentor implementation team members to enhance project delivery and professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of client relationship management, consulting, and implementation experience
• Experience with benefits administration platforms and implementation methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex client implementations and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
