Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing best practices for various clients, including direct-to-employer, health plans, and partners
• Managing project plans, issues, risks, and deliverables with a focus on claims adjudication accuracy
• Collaborating cross-functionally, providing effective communication, and resolving complex issues in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of work experience & education
• 5+ years of experience in the PBM, health care, or pharmacy industry
• 5+ years of new client implementation or large healthcare project management experience
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role including scheduling and presenting on video calls
