Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager, COBRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of implementation plans for enterprise clients

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with escalation handling and client service best practices
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience in client-facing roles
