Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation process and serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs and platform capabilities
• Document scope changes and manage risks throughout the partner implementation process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing implementation, program management, or solution delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or InsureTech
• Proven success managing complex enterprise implementations with large insurance carriers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including workflows, compliance needs, and operational challenges
• Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Google Docs
