Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global strategy for Implementation Services, aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of implementation managers, architects, and consultants
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep background in SaaS architectures, integration methods, and security considerations
• Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, ITIL)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
