Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Services Manager who is passionate about delivering winning strategies and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new customer onboardings and implementations end-to-end, ensuring a smooth process from kickoff to rollout
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and ensure effective project management

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or implementations, preferably in the software or GRC industry
• Intermediate technical knowledge of Excel or similar tools
• Experience managing multiple large projects and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and working with both internal and external stakeholders
