Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager, Software & Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of revenue cycle management (RCM) implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Serve as the primary implementation contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and understanding of their workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for go-live and maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related implementation roles
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, charge capture, and denial workflows
• Experience with EHR/PM systems such as Epic or Athenahealth
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
