Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists and managers, driving accountability and collaboration
• Oversee multiple client implementations, ensuring methodologies and best practices are consistently applied
• Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and project alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client onboarding
• 3-5+ years of people management experience leading implementation or project teams
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, Smartsheet)
