Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation strategy for new customer deployments across multiple products
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing implementation team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Partner with customer executives and internal stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure business objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale SaaS or healthcare IT implementations with large hospital systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and hospital operations
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit and inspire high-performing teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to query and use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
