Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Evisort Implementation Manager, Engagement Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of projects and serve as the main point of contact for new customer implementations
• Develop and manage the client's implementation plan, addressing project risks and delivering an enterprise SaaS product efficiently
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and represent the voice of the customer to enhance product and service offerings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Project Manager role managing SaaS implementations
• 3+ years of experience with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deployments
• Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is highly preferred
• Ability to prioritize and lead interconnected projects while meeting timelines and budgets
• PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus
