Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign new sales to implementation specialists and ensure follow-up communication with customers
  • Facilitate the transition of customers to their assigned implementation specialist and manage a team of 5-10 employees
  • Monitor implementation KPIs and continuously improve onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, communications, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer service, project management, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for onboarding and customer communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
