Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who will design and implement employee recognition solutions for high-profile customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and roll-out of employee recognition solutions for top customers, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Provide status updates to customers and manage project issues and risks proactively
- Strategize with customers to develop and recommend employee recognition initiatives based on their goals and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing implementation management experience, preferably in a software/technical field
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience working remotely and with remote teams
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project tracking tools
