Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and roll-out of employee recognition solutions for top customers, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Provide status updates to customers and manage project issues and risks proactively
• Strategize with customers to develop and recommend employee recognition initiatives based on their goals and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing implementation management experience, preferably in a software/technical field
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience working remotely and with remote teams
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project tracking tools
