Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of a workers' compensation claims management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure electronic billing interfaces and establish secure payment processing workflows
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions, preferably in relevant industries
• 3+ years of experience with system configuration, integration, and testing
• Demonstrated expertise with electronic payment systems and financial data processing
• Experience managing full-lifecycle implementation projects from requirements to deployment
