Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational processes and workflows during the implementation phase for new clients and products
• Develop project plans, outline tasks, and manage cross-functional activities to mitigate client and internal risks
• Engage with clients and internal teams, facilitating meetings and ensuring effective collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR 11 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in healthcare benefits and/or administration
• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed
