Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end management of implementation processes, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Manager will develop and negotiate implementation plans, ensure superior client experiences, and supervise consulting staff while managing client relationships and project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional project management, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while acting as the primary liaison with clients
• Lead the creation and quality assurance of system implementation deliverables, providing guidance and feedback to consulting staff throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, pricing, and client presentations, to support engagement management and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience in consulting management within the life sciences or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience with R&D operational roles such as clinical operations or regulatory affairs
• Proven engagement management experience and strong business development skills
• Expertise in GxP system implementation and validation processes
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based enterprise software implementations, such as Veeva Vault or Oracle
