Job Summary

Managing new client implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will oversee onboarding processes, lead client calls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program integration in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all aspects of the new client implementation process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Manage the rollout of new products for existing clients, coordinating with internal teams for smooth integration
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance implementation strategies and client operations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation, client onboarding, or similar project-driven role
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive tasks to completion independently
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various teams and organizational levels
• Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
