Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of implementation specialists, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will oversee the onboarding process for customers, ensuring they effectively adopt and utilize the platform while driving retention and satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Implementation team focused on customer outcomes and process rigor
• Define and execute the implementation strategy, including playbooks and capacity planning for global coverage
• Drive goal-based onboarding that ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize platform adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, or customer success
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, coaching and developing teams
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple complex implementations
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding methodologies and data-driven technology platforms
