Job Summary

To ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will manage project planning, engage stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage stakeholders, preparing and managing a clear, timed implementation plan
• Utilize project planning tools to communicate project milestones and outcomes to stakeholders
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project goals and maintain regular client communications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior project or change management role
• Expert knowledge of the legal industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in project planning tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards
