Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end implementation experience for complex and strategic customers, the remote Senior Implementation Manager will manage project scope, timelines, and execution while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation of Carrot benefits for multiple new and existing customers, focusing on complex enterprise accounts
• Define project scope and timelines, ensuring timely completion and maintaining detailed project documentation
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and contribute to the training of Implementation team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or project management within a high-growth digital health environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
