Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-stakes enterprise implementations, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Manager will design and optimize strategies, engage executive stakeholders, and manage resource allocation to ensure successful product adoption and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine implementation strategies to support diverse customer needs and improve scalability
• Oversee complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations, ensuring timely execution and strong customer relationships
• Facilitate steering committees and manage executive stakeholder communications to align on project goals and risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation or professional services
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows and technical delivery
• Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management and executive stakeholder management
• Strong resource management skills and ability to balance customer demands with team capacity
• Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Jira
