Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end implementation for complex enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Manager will develop scalable processes, manage multiple client projects, and ensure successful onboarding while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation strategy and execution for enterprise accounts, ensuring timely launches and client satisfaction
• Manage project documentation, provide regular status updates, and conduct quality checks on client solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive client experience and resolve implementation issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Implementation or Client Services, with experience managing complex enterprise accounts
• Experience in backup care services preferred
• Proven ability to independently own outcomes and manage project timelines
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Notion, and Slack is preferred
