Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Implementation Manager with extensive Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM expertise, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end implementation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and go-live support
• Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy and roadmap, overseeing migrations and enhancements to ensure data integrity
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation initiatives using structured project management methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management, focusing on Salesforce
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations in fast-paced environments
• Salesforce Administrator certification; additional certifications preferred
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
