Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Senior Implementation Manager for a full-time remote position, this role will manage complex client implementations from pre-sales support to post-launch, ensuring successful integrations and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new clients through complex implementations and manage the technical integration with third-party vendors
• Oversee both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Perform comprehensive discovery and documentation of implementation requirements while supporting re-implementations as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or as a technical Client Success Manager
• Proven experience managing high-stakes accounts and C-level stakeholders
• Strong project and client management skills, with experience in data validation and UAT
• Familiarity with sFTP automation and API builds, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
