Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning the complete technical relationship for Enterprise and Strategic merchants, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will manage integrations from technical win through go-live, ensuring timely delivery and a positive merchant experience while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Validate technical designs and data requirements, ensuring alignment between proposed and built solutions
- Lead the merchant's technical team through design, development, and testing phases, maintaining clear communication on project status
- Contribute to improving the implementation methodology and onboarding experience, sharing knowledge and supporting team members
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of complex technical implementation and/or solutions delivery experience, particularly with Top 1000 Retailers
- Clear understanding of API terminology and tools, with project management experience or certification
- Proficiency in tools such as Looker, Salesforce, and SQL, with excellent written communication skills
- Resourceful and highly organized, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
- Experience in payments, fintech, or fraud is a bonus
