Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary
To support the implementation of telehealth solutions, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will own the technical implementation of the platform for clients, ensuring reliable production across configuration, integrations, data, testing, and deployment in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client solutions into a technical work breakdown, covering configuration, integrations, data, and testing
- Implement and validate client and third-party integrations using APIs and other connectivity methods
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration records and integration specifications
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in implementation engineering or related fields
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data mapping, and third-party integrations
- Experience configuring complex SaaS platforms and performing data migrations
- Ability to use SQL and debugging tools for investigating application behavior
- Experience working directly with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders
