Job Summary
Managing client onboarding and project launches, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will act as a product expert, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver personalized email and mobile programs using AI and personalization products in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for launching new clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the implementation process
- Design and implement custom technical solutions while building strong relationships with clients to drive measurable value from the software
- Conduct platform training and advocate for best practices to facilitate successful launches and meet client goals
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience
- Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms, particularly SMS and MMS

- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and APIs
- Strong technical affinity and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
